| Question 1. | When should I order my glass splashback? |
| Answer | It is best to have your kitchen fully installed before fitting your splashback. Once made, your toughened glass splashback cannot be drilled, cut down or altered. We ensure a final accurate measurement is taken after bench tops, range-hoods, power points and under cupboards lighting have been located or installed and all relevant architraving and skirting is in place. |
| Question 2. | Can you install on any Wall Surface? |
| Answer | Your walls need to be reasonable level and free of any protractions. Small holes are OK. Once the glass is painted it is impossible to see any imperfections in the wall behind the glass. Your splashback can be installed over almost any surface including existing tiles, fibro, gyprock and brick. |
| Question 3. | What Care, Cleaning & Maintenance is required? |
| Answer | Cleaning your Splashback is easy. Warm soapy water will remove oily spatters. You can also use any glass cleaner. You will receive a FREE can of Glazier’s Strength Glass Cleaner upon installation. |
| Question 4. | Do you get a Warranty? |
| Answer | Warranty is for a period of ten (10) years from date of installation, and covers faulty workmanship only, not damage caused by neglect, abuse, vandalism or building movement. |
